Our Guiding Principles

Do the right thing.  Honesty and integrity are the cornerstone for building and maintaining trust.  When given the choice of two actions always ask 1st - what is the right thing to do.  It is more than doing what is legally correct; one must do what is morally correct and avoid even the appearance of an impropriety.

Do your best.  A strong work ethic not only leads to better results, it sets an example for others to follow while improving your sense of self worth.

 Treat others with respect.  Also known as the Golden Rule - Treat others as you would want them to treat you.  To quote Johann Wolfgang von Goethe "You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him".
